JEMM Design and Remodeling is owned and operated by the husband and wife team of Michael and Melissa Malerba. The company has evolved over the years from a full service remodeling company to a design/build kitchen, bath, and finished basement company. “Making the shift to interior remodeling has really allowed us to focus on how we can give our customers a great remodeling experience while working in their home for weeks or months at a time.”
Michael and Melissa are hands on owners and are on-site working or supervising everyday. “We only take on a specific number of projects a year so we can deliver top notch service to our clients.” Michael’s father Lou is also part of the team as a project manager. Lou Malerba is a Licensed Construction Supervisor with over 40 years of experience in the construction industry.
Melissa and Michael are actively involved with the community and are members of the Medford Chamber of Commerce and the National Kitchen and Bath Association. They are also actively involved in fundraising for the non-profit organization Neurofibromatosis Inc. Northeast in Burlington.
