 For Only $20 You Could Win a Brand New Bathroom and Help Find a Cure for NF!

JEMM Design and Remodeling has teamed up with our trade partners and suppliers to offer one free bathroom makeover.  All of the proceeds of this raffle will go to the non-profit organization Neurofibromatosis Inc. Northeast located in Burlington, MA.  

Neurofibromatosis, pronounced neuro-fibroma-tosis, is a genetic disorder of the nervous system that causes tumors to form on the nerves anywhere in or on the body at any time. NF affects all races, all ethnic groups and both sexes equally. NF affects more people than Cystic Fibrosis and Muscular Dystrophy combined!

This raffle is limited to 2000 entries.  The final drawing will be on Nov 12, 2011 at the Committed to Curing NF fundraiser at Anthony’s on Canal St. in Malden, MA.  JEMM Design and Remodeling is Committed to Curing NF!

Please spread the word about this raffle to your family and friends.  For $20 you will get a chance to have a professional design/build company work in your home for FREE!  Your new bathroom will be designed by Olga Sahan from the Design Solution Group in Woburn.  Olga will accompany you for 4 hours while making your material selections and to review your final project specifications. 

As with all of our projects you will have a licensed construction supervisor on site daily and 24/7 on-line access to your project.  The private access feature allows you to review the project schedule, progress updates and photos, and allowances.  While working in your home we will also use dust barriers and air scrubbers to keep your home as clean as possible.

**BELOW YOU WILL FIND THE RULES OF THE RAFFLE. PLEASE READ THEM TO SEE IF YOUR BATHROOM QUALIFIES.**

1. This prize is transferable to another homeowner.
2. Bathroom cannot be located in a basement, below grade. or in a condominium.
3. Bathroom must be located on the first or second floor of a 1,2,or 3 family house.  There must be ample parking for our crew.
4. The bathroom must be less than 70 sq. ft.
5. Bathroom must be located in Massachusetts and be within 40 miles of Boston.
6. A $4000 allowance will be given for soaker tub, vanity, toilet, shower valve and head, one vanity light, one exhaust van, tile, grout, medicine cabinet, faucet, countertop, sink and accessories.
7. Bathroom will be demolished to rough framing
8. Exterior walls and ceiling will be insulated as required by code
9. Walls and Ceiling will have 1/2″ blue board and veneer plaster (smooth finish).
10. Plumbing fixture locations must stay the same.
11. Bathroom plumbing and electrical wiring will be installed to code.
12. Tub Surround will be porcelain or ceramic tile (subway style, 4″ x 4″ or larger. No mosaics) chosen by winner. One corner shelf is included.
13. Floor tile will be porcelain or ceramic tile (12″ x 12″ or larger) chosen by winner.  No mosaics.
14. Walls outside of shower area will be painted. There will be no tile on walls outside of shower.
15. If unforeseen structural damage is found, winner must pay for repairs.
16. No window or door replacement is included with this prize.
17. Bathroom will be painted with Benjamin Moore Aura paint. One color on walls and one color for trim
